Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the AEC market. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, helping Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners realize productivity gains with Autodesk and Topcon solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic sales plans and research market opportunities.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
