Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions for Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering value and cost savings to customers.

This high-energy role requires relationship building, pipeline management, travel, and the ability to articulate Autodesk construction tools. A BS degree and 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry are preferred; top

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry preferred)
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry
• Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day)
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative
• Represent best-in-class Autodesk software that delivers real value to customers
• Develop and document customer visits
