Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks a driven Sales Consultant to expand market share across Western Oklahoma to the east side of Amarillo, TX, including Lawton, Altus, Elk City, Clinton, Weatherford and surrounding communities.

The role focuses roughly 70% on pre‑sale activities (prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations) and 30% on post‑sale project management, coordinating teams and ensuring a top‑quality customer experience through build completion.

Competenze

• This role requires 2 years of sales or account management experience or 5 years in construction management.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond training period.
• Ability to develop and maintain a sales funnel and manage multiple stakeholders.
