Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth across Western Oklahoma to the east of Amarillo, TX. You will nurture relationships with new and existing customers, manage pre‑sale activities and transition orders through to completion.

This role includes training, a company car, laptop and cell phone, plus a starting pay range of $65,000 to $85,000 with a base salary, training subsidy and commission structure. Earnings grow with experience and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers within the assigned Western Oklahoma to East Amarillo, TX territory
• Deliver customer presentations, develop solutions, and guide customers through the pre‑sale process
• Coordinate post‑sale project management and ensure a seamless build through to completion
• Maintain an active sales funnel and protect customer confidentiality
