Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks a driven Sales Consultant to grow market share within an assigned territory and cultivate new and long-standing customers.

In a team environment, you will manage pre-sale activities including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, and solution development, followed by post-sale project coordination to ensure a seamless build from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred.
• 5 years construction management experience acceptable.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the assigned territory.
• Deliver customer presentations and develop solutions for prospective clients.
• Guide customers through the early stages of the buying process.
• Coordinate post-sale project management with internal teams to ensure a smooth build.
