The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing support through construction. The position emphasizes presale activities with some postsale project management, requires local residency within 30 miles of the territory, and offers training and advancement

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management preferred or 5 years construction management experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM for sales pipeline management
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in construction markets
• Residence within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads and present solutions to customers in assigned territory (≈70% presale)
• Coordinate post-sale project management and ensure smooth build through completion (≈30%)
