Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to grow market share within an assigned Iowa territory, building relationships with new and existing customers.

The role mixes presale prospecting and post-sale project management to deliver high-quality buildings backed by strong warranties. Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, with a base salary, training subsidy, and commission.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required.
• Ability to grow market share and manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development, and guiding customers through presale.
• Coordinate post-sale project management to ensure a seamless customer experience through completion.
• Develop and maintain a sales funnel to meet or exceed sales budgets.
