Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking full-time Sales Consultants to grow market share in the Syracuse, NY area. The role combines pre-sale prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations and solution development with post-sale project management to ensure a smooth build.

You will receive a company car, laptop, and cell phone. Starting pay range is $65,000 to $85,000 annually, with base salary plus training subsidy and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred or 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Dynamics) and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation within the assigned territory.
• Deliver customer presentations and develop solutions for prospects.
• Guide customers through early buying process and coordinate post-sale activities.
• Coordinate project details with internal teams and subcontractors through completion.
• Manage post-sale project coordination and maintain customer relationships.
