Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking full-time Sales Consultants to grow our market share in an assigned territory.

You will cultivate new customers and foster relationships with existing clients, managing presale activities and coordinating post-sale project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality builds. The role emphasizes prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, and solution development, with approximately 70% prepurchase focus and 30% post-sale project management.

Competenze

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.

Mansioni

• Prospect for new customers and generate leads within an assigned territory.
• Present solutions, develop proposals, and guide customers through early buying stages (presale).
• Coordinate post-sale project management and ensure smooth build delivery with internal teams.
