Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth across designated Indiana territories, managing both pre‑sale and post‑sale activities. You’ll prospect, present solutions, and coordinate projects with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 with a base salary, training subsidy, and commissions. Company car, laptop, and cell phone provided, plus comprehensive benefits and ESOP opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred or 5 years construction management experience.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining a sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• 50%–70%: prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development.
• Guide customers through early stages of buying process and pre‑sale activities.
• 30%: post‑sale project management, coordinating details and ensuring customer experience.
