Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Sales Consultant to grow market share in the Colorado Southern border area. You will prospect, present solutions, and guide customers from presale to project completion, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless build.

The position offers a base salary with commissions, company car, laptop, and cell phone, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Overnight travel is limited and training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred.
• 5 years of construction management experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development, and guiding customers through the early stages of the buying process.
• Post-sale project management, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the build through to completion.
