Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to grow market share within Tulsa, OK and nearby areas. The role combines pre-sale prospecting and post-sale project coordination, requiring strong relationship-building and project-management skills.

The company offers structured training and ongoing support to ensure long-term success. Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 with a base salary, training subsidy, and commission.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
• 5 years of construction management experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training and onboarding period
• Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
• Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction related work hours
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel, hire and manage subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Displays excellent verbal and written communication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, and present solutions to customers during the pre-sale phase
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers to grow market share
• Coordinate post-sale project management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support the build through to completion with internal teams and subcontractors
