Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Bangor, ME region. The role blends pre-sale activities such as prospecting and lead generation with post-sale project management to deliver a premium customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, with a base salary, training subsidy and commission. A company car, laptop and cell phone are provided, and travel is minimal beyond

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining a sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training
• Develop and maintain a sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
• Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction relative work hours
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date

Responsabilités

• Prospect, lead generate, present solutions, and guide customers through early buying stages
• Coordinate post-sale project management and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build and maintain relationships with long-standing customers and expand market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage construction projects from pre-sale to completion
• Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline and forecast revenue
