Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to expand market share in Weston WY, Wright WY, Custer ND and Oglala SD. You will prospect, present solutions, and guide customers from pre-sale to completion.

The role blends pre-sale activities with post-sale project management, requiring strong communication and organization. Training and company-provided equipment are included. Starting pay range is $65,000–$85,000 with commissions; minimal overnight travel and territory support

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining a sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training.
• Ability to develop and maintain a sales funnel to meet or exceed budgets.
• Grow market share and be available during construction-related hours.
• Coordinate all individuals on building projects and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and strong communication skills.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days.
