Job summary

Warren Equipment Company in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area is seeking a Compact Construction Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships and promote the sale, rental, and leasing of new and used compact construction equipment and related solutions.

You will drive growth through proactive territory development and effective pipeline management, traveling within the territory up to 30% to call on customers and demonstrate products.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance materials.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend productivity solutions.
• Experience with equipment financing, leasing, and rental options preferred.
• Strong written communications and reporting.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry for CRM and forecasts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate equipment features and benefits to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales, rental, and market share objectives.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
• Quote prices, prepare contracts, and estimate delivery dates.
• Coordinate with parts, service, rental, and credit teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enter new customer data into the company CRM.
