Job summary

Stowers Machinery Corporation seeks an ambitious sales professional to drive Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) sales in the Florida market. You will prospect, visit customers, and build a robust pipeline while expanding territory share and revenue.

You will engage in cold calls, networking, and trade shows, negotiating terms and closing deals. Travel to customer sites and events is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Results-driven sales professional focused on generating new business.
• Experience prospecting, cold calling, networking to create opportunities.
• Strong hunter mentality with drive to grow market share.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with others.
• Knowledge of compact/construction equipment is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage territory sales opportunities for compact equipment.
• Prospect and develop new customers via cold calls, visits, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships, identify equipment needs and opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through follow-up and lead generation.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in terms to close equipment sales.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and logistics to support readiness and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at events to generate opportunities.
• Drive market share growth by pursuing new business and meeting goals.
