Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell Security services and technology within an assigned territory. The role focuses on closing new business, retaining customers, and expanding the Johnson Controls Security footprint through strong relationship-building and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for upselling, renewing existing agreements, and following up post-installation to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills for senior-level audiences.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships to close new business and ensure customer retention.
• Understand product lines and services to upsell and renew accounts.
• Perform post-install follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
