The role requires deep knowledge of complex patient pathways, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement with customers.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution and early market adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of products, disease states, and market landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
