Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking experienced Account Specialists to drive commercial performance across defined territories in the CNS/pharma space.

You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, support product launches, and navigate patient access. This field-based role requires strong account management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Competenze

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Participation in a recent product launch highly preferred, including familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
