Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac diagnostic technology within a defined region. You will partner with Cardiologists, PCPs, and nurse practitioners to ensure successful adoption of the Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway and deliver value through clinician education and dedicated account support.

Expect 20–25% travel from a home office while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to grow usage, meet quotas, and enhance

Qualifications

• Proven sales or clinical track record and ability to drive adoption.
• Experience building and supporting clinical programs is preferred.
• Ability to grasp clinical/technical information and communicate it to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with key accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customers and programs.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and educate on Heartflow value proposition.
• Meet or exceed quota and grow cCTA/FFRct usage within accounts.
