Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of its non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined geographic region. You will engage Cardiologists, PCPs and other clinicians to promote Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway and build strong account relationships.

The role emphasizes travel (20–25%) from a home office, client education, and collaboration with marketing, clinical teams, and sales to hit quotas and expand Heartflow usage.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway with key strategic accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ resources to support customers.
• Educate referring physicians on Heartflow value proposition and pathway benefits.
• Build relationships with administrators, cardiologists and hospital staff to expand referrals.
