Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales & Business Development Representative for the Pittsburgh, PA market. You will own your territory, prospect daily, and build a robust pipeline with facility managers and general contractors.

Expect uncapped commission and autonomy to design your path while collaborating with a skilled service team. You are a high-energy hunter with strong communication and CRM chops who can translate ROI into concrete solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales, industrial services, or equipment-related fields.
• Proven territory management experience; ability to grow a cold territory into a profitable book of business.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage lead pipelines and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive prospecting in the territory with daily cold calls and on-site visits.
• Perform site assessments and propose custom-engineered dock/door solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert maintenance leads into long-term contracts and upgrades.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by nurturing facility managers, owners, and contractors.
• Create precise proposals and quotes using CRM, ensuring safety and job specs are met.
• Market our brand through social networking, drop-ins, and professional presentations to win market share.
