Job summary

Motion Industries in Gary, IN is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales and lead a team of outside account representatives within a defined territory. You will develop business plans, analyze pipelines, and ensure superior customer service while guiding performance through coaching and training.

The ideal candidate has proven outside sales leadership, the ability to forecast, manage a funnel, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or inside sales with territory management.
• Ability to prospect, develop plans, and close deals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell our products and services.
• Analyze sales pipeline and manage opportunities to meet goals.
• Create and update annual business plans for quota and market share growth.
• Own prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel management, and closes.
• Ensure high-level customer service and onsite technical support.
• Hire, coach, and train direct reports.
• Review monthly financials with Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
