Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales and lead a team of outside account representatives within a defined territory. The role includes creating business plans, analyzing pipelines, ensuring top-tier customer service, and coaching direct reports to achieve quota and growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, plus experience in territory development and multi-level account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and train employees.
• Experience in territory planning and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains an array of opportunities to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota attainment and market share growth.
• Creates a holistic territory plan and manages net new sales from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development and management, territory development and closes deals within assigned geography.
• Ensures high-level customer service, including onsite technical assistance and resolution of delivery issues.
• Develops and maintains consultative relationships with key buying influences across accounts.
• Identifies and solicits new business and assigns accounts to appropriate representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.
• Reviews financials with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
