Job summary

Vitalant in Memphis, TN is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to expand our donor network and drive blood-drive participation across the territory. You will cultivate relationships with volunteer coordinators, schools, businesses, and community groups, delivering outreach, coaching, and strategic recruitment to meet monthly and annual collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with volunteer blood drive coordinators.
• Promote blood donation at schools, businesses, religious organizations, and other groups.
• Coach and motivate coordinators to increase donor turnout.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet territory goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for scheduling and projections.
• Identify and secure new blood drive opportunities in your territory.
