Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a territory by coordinating blood drives, maintaining sponsor relationships, and ensuring goals are met through proactive planning and customer service.

You will engage with donor groups, education partners, and internal teams to optimize drive scheduling, donor recruitment, and community outreach efforts across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Public Speaking ability to sell The Blood Connection to all groups in the community.
• Outside sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and manage sponsor groups to meet territory collection goals.
• Establish blood drive projections in line with resources and needs.
• Develop potential sponsor leads and coordinate drive planning.
