Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds monthly collection goals and booking targets with emphasis on accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Actively sources and networks to add new, productive blood drive opportunities.
• Identifies motivators within organizations to ensure strong participation at events.
• Manages blood drive details: scheduling, site suitability, internal communications, logistics, forecasting, and training.
