The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage donor drive accounts within a defined territory in the Charlotte area. You will develop sponsor relationships, plan drives, and optimize marketing tools to meet collection goals.

Responsibilities include recruiter outreach, coordinating with donors, and delivering excellent service to sponsors and communities while supporting the organization’s mission to save lives.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Public speaking to groups and communities to promote programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, recruit, retain, and manage sponsor group relationships to meet territory goals.
• Establish blood drive projections aligned with resources and needs.
• Develop potential sponsor leads and recruitment tactics.
• Coordinate drive planning and ensure effective communications with coordinators.
• Provide superior customer service to donors and sponsor groups.
