Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in the Chattanooga and north Georgia region. This full-time professional role is based in Chattanooga, TN, with travel 3-4 days per week and opportunities to support community blood drives.

Qualified candidates have outside sales experience and a bachelor’s degree or related work history, plus strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a bachelor’s degree or prior related work experience.
• Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred.
• A high degree of creativity and positive energy.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Calling on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support blood drives.
• Booking blood drives to meet monthly collection goals.
• Develop positive relationships in the community to support and set up blood drives.
• Travel 3-4 days per week within territory with minimal overnight travel.
