Responsibilities include delivering and rotating stock, performing daily Cup Quality Checks, resolving issues quickly, and driving promotions to boost trial and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of route delivery experience in a related B2B customer service field.
• Mechanical aptitude with company hardware and software products.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate products at each location; verify equipment is clean and functioning.
• Complete at least one Cup Quality Check (CQC) every day.
• Follow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell call process and recap services with business-building initiatives.
• Triage and resolve customer issues quickly; escalate when needed to protect satisfaction.
• Own your numbers daily: invoices, inventory, and collections.
• Engage with regional and company promotions to drive trial and repeat.
