Job summary

Farmer Brothers is hiring an OCS Route Sales Representative to service coffee and tea stations across the territory. You will deliver, replenish, and rotate products, maintain equipment, and complete daily quality checks.

You will manage invoices, inventory, and collections on your route, while seeking opportunities to grow revenue per stop and support promotions. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Route delivery experience a plus; customer service background preferred.
• Foodservice industry experience desired.
• Clean, strong driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related supplies at each stop.
• Keep equipment clean and functional; perform daily Cup Quality Checks (CQC).
• Escalate issues to Area Sales Manager to protect customer satisfaction.
• Own daily invoices, on-hand inventory, and collections on route.
• Grow Revenue per Stop by addressing distribution gaps and executing promotions.
