Admiral Beverage Corporation in Bloomfield, NM is seeking a Route Sales professional to grow the customer base, manage territory, and negotiate contracts. You will work on location or by phone to call on regular and prospective customers and drive orders in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business.
• Prepares sales contracts and interfaces with customers on location or by phone.
• Takes a leading role with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
• Safe and competent operation of route vehicle and vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
• Coordinates and leads sales meetings to include agenda preparation.
• Rotates brands and packages on a FIFO basis per supplier requirements.
• Establishes good customer rapport through professional selling approaches.
• Accounts for cash/credit proceeds, inventory removals, signs, and other assets where applicable.
• Solicits new business by conducting reviews, demos, samples, and marketing resources.
• Arranges products to prearranged plans or management-approved ideas.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers products to floor displays to comply with Sell By dates and maximize sales.
• Orders products for assigned accounts to prevent stockouts.
• Originates display ideas or follows Sales Manager schedules.
• Constructs display aids from POS materials.
• Estimates and coordinates product delivery dates and shell pickups based on production and delivery schedules.
• Prepares reports of transactions and maintains expense accounts.
• Uses company safety equipment as required.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervision.
