• Maintains rapport and trust with assigned customers through open communication.
• Continuously increases product knowledge to be a resource for customers.
• Uses POS displays and materials to merchandise effectively.
• Maintains inventory and reduces out-of-stocks at each account.
• Enters order information accurately into handheld sales software.
• Monitors product freshness and rotation to meet company standards.
• Audits POS to ensure compliant brand representation.
• Completes training and submits reports on time.
