Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager to drive up-selling, fulfillment and merchandising in the Hanoer, Lancaster and York area. You will focus on retention of large-format customers and support on-premise accounts while representing brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core and Bai in assigned stores.

The role is full-time with early start hours (7:00 am batch) and requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience with accountability for targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share in assigned territory.
• Contact key personnel in accounts for pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS materials.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections and place POS materials per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in beverage sections.
• Assist in selling and managing vendors in chain stores; monitor operation and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock for in-store stocking and merchandising.
