Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and execute sales initiatives.
• Selling: Full understanding of products and pricing, make effective sales presentations, grow business and identify new accounts.
• Merchandising: Use POS to enhance selling, optimize placement and displays.
• Servicing: Conduct sales calls, perform inventory checks, minimize order mistakes, rotate stock.
• Administration: Adhere to company policies and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
