Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure contracts with multi-dwelling and multi-tenant communities, enabling expansion of home internet services. You will lead in-person outreach to owners, developers and builders, negotiating marketing rights and coordinating with local teams to grow top-line revenue.

You’ll travel up to 75% and manage a robust sales pipeline, using CRM to log communications and analyze performance. This role covers Minneapolis/St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant experience demonstrated via work experience or military background.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts with MDUs/MTUs to expand Verizon Home Internet reach.
• Coordinate with local teams to secure licenses and marketing rights.
• Initiate face-to-face contact with owners, builders and developers.
• Develop new business via phone, email and social media.
• Manage prospects, budget timelines and buying influencers.
• Maintain CRM data, logs and documents; track pipeline and dashboards.
• Negotiate contracts and close long-term deals for marketing of services.
• Represent Verizon at local industry events and forums.
