Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure contracts with multi-dwelling unit and multi-tenant communities, expanding Verizon Home Internet services. You will work with owners, developers and builders to gain marketing rights and drive revenue growth.

You will develop relationships through on-site visits, presentations, and targeted outreach, coordinating with engineering teams to secure license agreements and demonstrate Verizon's competitive advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts within the MDU/MTU communities to expand Verizon Home Internet services.
• Coordinate with local Verizon Engineering to secure License Agreements for network construction.
• Initiate face-to-face contact with owners, developers and builders to present, propose and secure marketing rights.
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication (email/social media) to introduce Verizon's value proposition.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Establish and leverage customer relationships to position Verizon as provider of choice for voice and broadband services.
