Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure contracts with multi-dwelling unit and multi-tenant communities, expanding home internet services. You will negotiate access and marketing agreements, working with engineering to deploy a hybrid wireless network and secure marketing rights.

The role requires building relationships with owners and developers, traveling up to 75% and maintaining a results-driven, customer-focused approach within a Chicago-based territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Secure contracts within MDU/MTU communities to expand Verizon Home Internet reach and revenue.
Negotiate Broadband Access and Marketing Agreements to gain access and preferred positioning.
Coordinate with Verizon Engineering to secure License Agreements for hybrid wireless networks.
Initiate face-to-face contact with high-value owners, builders and developers to present and secure marketing rights.
