Job summary

Victra seeks a Market Sales Manager to partner with front-line retail teams across the territory to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities. You will support store teams, deliver training, and help meet monthly quotas while visiting locations and presenting performance insights.

The role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel 70% and on-site collaboration with Verizon initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail leadership sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new sales growth opportunities internally and externally.
• Build and deliver impactful sales performance presentations.
• Ensure retail employees are trained on products and services.
• Make frequent visits to assigned retail locations and assist on the floor.
