UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility services, seeks a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business in an assigned territory. You will prospect, present on-site, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients, while collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Formación

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
