Job summary

You will present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, manage CRM-driven opportunities, and coordinate with branch staff to deliver service excellence. A valid driver’s license and 0–1 years of B2B sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience preferred.
• 0–1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans for clients such as property managers, schools, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company in need of lawn care products/services.
• Presents Proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts.
• Generates new business to business (B2B) sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
• Generates leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.
• Project management duties within branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team.
