TruGreen Limited in the United States seeks a Professional B2B sales professional to drive territory revenue, prospect on property management firms, corporations, and sports facilities, and manage a portfolio typically generating under $500K annually. You will present lawn care programs, negotiate long-term contracts, and use CRM to forecast opportunities.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, coordinating with branch management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience.
• 0–1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub experience a PLUS.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small and large businesses such as property managers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company in need of lawn care services.
• Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs and secures long term contracts.
• Generates new B2B sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design following company guidelines and CRM inputs.
• Generates leads using CRM to manage projects, opportunities, contacts and forecasts.
• Coordinates with local branch management and service team for project execution.
