Job summary

TruGreen in Dallas, TX is seeking a Professional B2B sales representative to achieve targets by prospecting property management firms, schools, sports facilities and other businesses, managing a portfolio under $500K in annual revenue.

You will present lawn care proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive new commercial accounts using CRM, while coordinating with branch and service teams. Requires drive, reliability, and a degree or equivalent experience; valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 0–1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub or pest experience a PLUS.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to vendors and businesses such as property managers, schools, sports facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company needing lawn care products/services.
• Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs and secures long term contracts.
• Generates new B2B sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design using company guidelines and CRM.
• Generates leads through CRM to manage projects, contacts, forecasting, etc.
• Coordinates with local branch management and service team on project execution.
