Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a professional B2B sales representative to drive revenue within a local branch territory. You will call on property management firms, large corporations, and sports facilities to grow our lawn care services with long-term contracts.

The role requires strong prospecting and negotiation skills, CRM discipline, and coordination with branch teams to ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred BS/BA degree or related work experience.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.
• Landscaping/lawncare experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small to large businesses such as property managers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company needing lawn care services.
• Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs and secures long-term contracts.
• Generates new B2B sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design per guidelines and CRM usage.
• Generates leads through a CRM system and manages projects and opportunities.
• Coordinates with local branch management and service team for project delivery.
