Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead B2B sales across a defined territory. You will identify, qualify, and close business opportunities while supporting and expanding our network of retail locations.

This role blends field prospecting with on-site coaching, funnel management, and delivering compelling sales proposals. You will train store teams on products and services, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive quarterly quotas

Qualifications

• Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Wireless retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed monthly and territory sales quotas for B2B in assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail teams on coordinated prospecting and sales efforts.
• Manage the sales funnel with lead progression and forecasting.
• Develop and deliver impactful sales proposals to prospective business customers.
• Ensure customers are set up and trained on purchased products and services.
• Visit assigned retail locations regularly to support business sales.
• Train retail staff on business sales processes, products, and services.
• Stay informed on current promotions and incentives and align with Verizon business initiatives.
