• Three to five years in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding new-business targets.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• CRM proficiency and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Build and coach a hunter-first approach, opening doors through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Establish trusted relationships with net-new business decision-makers and coach reps to convert first meetings into partnerships.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead generation and maintain a healthy new-business pipeline.
• Represent Victra in the local business community through networking groups and industry events.
• Set and manage quotas and drive activity, pipeline, and closing targets for new-logo acquisition.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide results to senior leadership.
