Job summary

TruGreen Limited in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Professional B2B sales professional to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory. You will prospect, present lawn care programs, and secure long-term contracts with property managers, schools, sports facilities, and large organizations.

The role emphasizes building relationships, negotiating terms, and managing a CRM-driven sales pipeline. Valid driver’s license required and a background in lawn care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 0–1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub or pest experience a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small to large businesses such as property managers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company in need of lawn care products/services.
• Presents Proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts.
• Generates new business to business (B2B) sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
• Generates leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.
• Project management duties within branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team
