Orkin in the United States is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive new business and manage a growing portfolio of B2B clients. In this territory-based role, you’ll partner with business owners, property managers, and facility directors across multiple industries, while receiving company support and award-winning training, enabling long-term earning potential.

You’ll conduct on-site inspections, present tailored pest management proposals, and close deals using an iPad-based CRM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s a plus.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses (we’ll pay for it).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize technology (iPad-based CRM and sales tools) to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
