Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to build a high-earning territory business in the United States. This executive-level sales role focuses on hunting new business, expanding a book of recurring revenue, and delivering tailored pest management solutions to business customers.

You will conduct on-site inspections, present proposals, and manage B2B accounts using an iPad CRM while collaborating with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain state licenses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hunter mindset with ability to grow relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize technology (iPad-based CRM and sales tools) to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and prioritize safety.
