You'll operate a company vehicle, use an iPad-based CRM, and receive paid training with growth potential. Strong communication and a hunter's mindset are essential for success in this executive-level sales role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's a plus).
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hunter's mindset with ability to grow long-term relationships.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses; training provided.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct on-site inspections and consultations for commercial clients.
• Develop and present tailored pest management proposals.
• Utilize technology (iPad-based CRM and sales tools) to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
• Work in diverse environments, including rooftops and crawl spaces, adhering to safety.
